Morning!

I was thinking yesterday about how many little things I wanted to change in my routine (thanks Tim Ferris!) and got into that overwhelming feeling of not even knowing where to start.

So I decided to just change one thing.

Get up early.

Not crazy early, but a bit earlier than usual.

So I did.

This morning I got up at 5:30 am - which got me off to a good start.

So I meditated for 10 minutes, cleaned the kitchen, had breakfast (coffee, an apple and some nuts), put away some ironing and just had a great morning.

So that's my thing to do - get up early.

Not the other stuff, that only happened because I got up early but I might chose to do something different tomorrow.
